Common Issues

Why does the connection fail?

Make sure you're logged into the correct Attio workspace when authorizing. If you have multiple workspaces, you'll need to select the right one during the OAuth flow.

Why can't Brief see certain records?

Attio respects workspace permissions. If your Attio user can't access certain records, Brief won't see them either. Check your Attio permissions if data seems missing.

Why did it connect to the wrong workspace?

Disconnect in Brief, then reconnect while logged into the correct Attio workspace.
